This program circles around women who feel overwhelmed, women who have big changes happening in their life, and those looking to go from good to great! We will ultimately help you figure out what your next steps could be so that you can blossom into the beautiful confident self you were made to be. Below you will find an introduction to the six-week program.

What you can expect in the first three weeks…

Boundaries

Understanding them, creating them, and following them. We often leave too much on our plate, adding more stress to our lives. We can teach you ways to say “no”, and how you can put more towards yourself in a schedule.

Food Choices

How to live your healthiest life. Understanding the nutritional value food groups have to offer, and how to incorporate them in a secretly delicious way.

Exercise

Let’s make this fun, exercise should be seen that way, and it should also be rewarding. Exercise is a means to strengthen your heart, body, and mental health. We will help you reach those steps to adding it into your daily life.
